How do I pay?
You can pay straight from any service page, or ask for a quote and we will send you a secure Shopify invoice link. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are accepted.
How fast is delivery?
Single thumbnails take 1–2 days. Videos and bundles take 2–5 days. Each service page shows its delivery time.
What do I need to send you?
For thumbnails: your photo, the video title and any ideas. For videos: your raw footage (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link) and any reference videos you like.
What if I don’t like the result?
Every service includes 2 rounds of revisions. Tell us what to change and we will fix it. A brand-new concept or new footage counts as a new order.
Can I get a custom package?
Yes. Send a quote request with what you need and we will put together one invoice for everything.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, you get a full refund if you cancel before we start working on your order. Once work has started, we don't offer refunds, but your 2 included revisions make sure you're happy with the result.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Once your order is paid, you can use the final files anywhere: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, ads and more. We may show the work in our portfolio, but just tell us if you'd rather keep it private.
